Amanda has been part of Isaacson Sheridan’s commercial transactions and land use practice since joining the firm in 2013. And with eight years of prior experience as a city planner (Raleigh and Cary, NC) and as a land use consultant to developers and builders, she is uniquely equipped to counsel clients through all phases of the acquisition, financing, entitlement and development process.  

In addition to her land use work, Amanda has assisted clients in numerous business matters including organizational structuring, financing agreements and partnership disputes.
